Go to Any Xerox centre took Kalyana Laxmi offline application, you will find out about it in any nearest mee seva centre.

fill the full details in that application, take out VRO and Revenue inspector sign in that documents, 

Step II

Now you have two procedures 

one is Apply Online by your phone

another process is to submit it to any nearest mee seva centre.

For the online application process, you need to have a good smartphone in that you have to install the CamScanner application via play store
