If you are new to the Employment portal then click on New Registration

After you will see this below information

1. Enter first name and last name
2. Phone number
3. Email
4. Aadhar number

Click on the sumbit button

Then otp verfication process ,,

After that you will find application form regarding to telangana employment card ,
 you have to fill the all personal details, ie address, educational qualifications, 
work experience (if any), add essential certificates , upload the below certificates for

2. Adhara card Inter memo
3.  Degree provision and marks memo 
4. PG ( if you have) 
5. Photo and Signature (latest) 
6. Obc certificate ( if you have not mandatory
